With the quality of our wigs and their custom fit, there is no need for combs, bands, or glue. Our wigs are designed to fit you comfortably and securely. However, if you prefer an extra hold, we recommend using a small amount of lace bond adhesive spray.

At Swans Radiant Wigs, we prioritize quality and hygiene. Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued, as wigs cannot be resold once handled or worn for sanitation and customization reasons.  If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@swansradiantwigs.store within 24 hours of your original purchase. After this timeframe, changes cannot be accommodated.

We only accept returns if you receive the wrong item. In such cases, please reach out to us immediately, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly. Thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to providing high-quality, sanitary products.

Please allow 10-21 days for your custom wig to be created.  After this timeframe, your custom wig will ship.

Processing time for custom wigs is typically 10 to 21 business days.

Ready-to-ship wigs are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

• A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

• Occasional delays may occur — especially during sales periods or holidays.

• Once items are shipped, it is the customer's responsibility to track and stay updated on their package.

Yes, from time to time we release limited ready-to-ship wigs. These styles are pre-made and can ship out quickly. Ready-to-ship wigs are sold as is and are available in small, medium, or large cap sizes as listed. Visit our Ready-to-Ship collection or feel free to message us for current availability!

Wash Your Wig Properly

• Wash every 1–2 weeks (depending on buildup and wear).

• Use sulfate-free shampoo & conditioner to prevent dryness.

• Always detangle before washing to avoid matting.

1. On a daily

• If curling, using a heat protectent spray is highly recommended

2.  Nightly wear

• We recommend removing your unit each night to preserve the longevity of your lace. However, if you choose to sleep in your wig, we suggest securing the hairline with a scarf before wearing your nightly bonnet. Just a heads-up, sleeping in your unit may require more frequent touch-ups when it comes to styling your unit versus removing it nightly.

Our wigs are constructed using a closure or frontal paired with 2 bundles of hair. Each wig is designed to provide a natural look with lightweight, comfortable wear.

Our closures and frontals are made with HD lace, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We choose HD lace to provide a more natural, seamless look that blends beautifully with your skin.

Yes! All of our wigs come with a pre-plucked hairline and the lace pre-cut, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

We currently source our hair from Cambodia, India, and Vietnam. The type of hair used for each wig is specified in the product description. Unless otherwise noted, all of our wigs are constructed with top-quality raw hair that is cut from a single donor.

Our hair has been thoroughly tested to ensure minimal tangling and shedding. We take great pride in the exceptional quality of the hair used in every Swans Radiant Wig.

Yes, we can! If you have an idea for a custom wig that is not currently offered on our website, please feel free to contact us for a personalized price quote. We would love to bring your vision to life.

For daily protection of your natural hair under your wig, we recommend keeping your hair and scalp moisturized by applying an oil of your choice to prevent dryness and breakage. Wearing a wig cap is optional, but it can provide an extra layer of protection if desired.
