Welcome to Swans Radiant Wigs LLC, doing business as Swans Radiant Wigs (swansradiantwigs.store). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, purchase of our products, enrollment in our digital courses, and booking of our in-person services. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

2. Products and Orders

  • All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process it for shipment within our standard processing timeframe.

3. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final.

Because wigs and hair products are personal-use, hygiene-sensitive items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has shipped, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged in transit).

If you believe you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@swansradiantwigs.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will review each claim individually.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once a package has left our hands.

  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to reshipping fees.

5. Digital Courses and Downloads

  • Digital courses, tutorials, guides, and downloadable content ("Digital Products") are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Due to the instant and irrevocable access granted upon purchase, all sales of Digital Products are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted or a file has been downloaded.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share Digital Products or their content with any third party.

  • Access to course platforms or content libraries is granted for the duration stated at time of purchase. We are not responsible for loss of access due to your own account or device issues.

6. The Plucking Code Beginner Bundle

The Plucking Code Beginner Bundle is a single combined purchase made up of two distinct components:

  1. One (1) physical highlighting/plucking comb, shipped to you with tracking.

  2. Access to a prerecorded digital plucking tutorial.

By purchasing this bundle, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying both components together as one product, not as separate or optional items, and that shipping timelines (Section 4) apply to the physical comb while digital access terms below apply to the tutorial.

Digital Tutorial Access

  • Access to the prerecorded tutorial is granted individually to the purchaser for personal use only.

  • The tutorial may not be shared, forwarded, copied, reproduced, screen-recorded, redistributed, uploaded, published, or resold in any form, in whole or in part.

  • This applies regardless of format or platform, including screenshots, screen recordings, downloads, or third-party sharing links.

Revocation of Access Swans Radiant Wigs LLC reserves the right to revoke digital access at any time, without refund, if unauthorized sharing or redistribution of the tutorial is reasonably identified.

Because the physical comb (Section 3) and digital tutorial (Section 5) are governed by their respective policies above, the all-sales-final and no-refund terms apply to each component of this bundle.

7. Bookings and In-Person Services

  • Appointments, classes, and consultations booked through our site are subject to availability.

  • Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be communicated at the time of booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee at our discretion.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice given where possible.

8. Purchase Acknowledgment and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on this site, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Plucking Code Beginner Bundle contains both a physical comb and digital tutorial access, as described in Section 6.

  • Digital access is provided individually to you as the purchaser.

  • You have reviewed and accepted the applicable refund (Sections 3 and 5), shipping (Section 4), digital-access (Sections 5 and 6), and personal-use terms prior to completing your purchase.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and digital-access information (such as your email address) at checkout.

If you experience a problem with your order, shipping, a product, or tutorial access, we encourage you to contact us at info@swansradiantwigs.store before taking any other action, so we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue directly.

Nothing in these Terms limits or waives your legal right to dispute a transaction or file a chargeback with your bank or card issuer.

9. Intellectual Property

  • No Combs No Bands No Glue® is a registered trademark (U.S. Reg. No. 8097530) owned by Swans Radiant Wigs LLC. Use, reproduction, or unauthorized commercial use of this mark without express written permission is prohibited.

  • Swans Radiant Wigs™ is a trademark of Swans Radiant Wigs LLC, currently pending registration with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Use, reproduction, or unauthorized commercial use of this mark without express written permission is prohibited.

  • All website content, including text, images, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of Swans Radiant Wigs LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use, copy, or distribute this content without written consent.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use this site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts

  • Interfere with the site's functionality or security

  • Submit false or misleading information when placing an order or booking

11. Limitation of Liability

Swans Radiant Wigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, services, or website, including but not limited to results from following instructional content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
