Please review our hair submission guidelines carefully before placing your order. To ensure the best results, we only accept hair that meets the following criteria:

Human hair bundles

Hair must be clean

Hair must be free of synthetic fibers

Hair must be in good condition

No previously worn or damaged hair will be accepted (same applies to closure/frontal)

If your hair does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to you at your expense.
