Please review our hair submission guidelines carefully before placing your order. To ensure the best results, we only accept hair that meets the following criteria:

• Human hair bundles

• Hair must be clean

• Hair must be free of synthetic fibers

• Hair must be in good condition

• No previously worn or damaged hair will be accepted (same applies to closure/frontal) 

⚠️ Important Notice:
If your hair does not meet these requirements, it will be returned to you at your expense.
A return shipping invoice will be sent, and your order will not proceed until the shipping fee has been paid.

At Swans Radiant Wigs, we prioritize quality and hygiene. Due to the custom nature of our wigs, all sales are final. Refunds cannot be issued, as wigs cannot be resold once handled or worn for sanitation and customization reasons
